By placing an order with Rae Coy Clothing, you agree to the policies outlined on our website, including our shipping, return, and refund policies.

All sales are subject to product availability and confirmation of payment. Rae Coy Clothing reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been processed and shipped, responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping carrier. Rae Coy Clothing is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an address provided by the customer cannot be refunded if the address is incorrect.

Chargeback Policy

By completing a purchase, customers agree to contact **Rae Coy Clothing directly to resolve any issue before filing a chargeback with their bank or payment provider.

Filing a fraudulent chargeback after receiving merchandise is considered theft of goods and services. Rae Coy Clothing reserves the right to dispute chargebacks and provide proof of shipment, delivery confirmation, and order verification to the issuing bank.

Customers who initiate chargebacks without contacting us first may be restricted from placing future orders.

Delivery Confirmation

Rae Coy Clothing uses carrier tracking and delivery confirmation on all shipments. Once a package has been marked delivered by the shipping carrier, it is considered successfully delivered.

Rae Coy Clothing is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or missing after delivery confirmation. Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly or check with neighbors or their local post office if a package cannot be located.

Refused or Returned Packages

If a package is refused or returned to sender, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost and return shipping fees. These costs will be deducted from any eligible refund or store credit.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer may require an additional shipping fee to be resent. 

Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and our business, Rae Coy Clothing reserves the right to cancel or hold any order that appears fraudulent or suspicious.

Orders may be canceled if:
