Return Policy
At Rae Coy Clothing, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help with a return.
Return Window
Items must be returned/postmarked within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a return. No exceptions. After 7 days all sales are final. If approved and the following criteria is met, refunds will go back to original payment method.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Free of stains, odors, or damage
• With all original tags attached and free from pet and human hairs
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Sale or clearance items
• Accessories (including jewelry, hats, candles etc.)
• Gift cards
Any item worn in a social media post, video, livestream, promotional content, or influencer collaboration for the purpose of advertising or showcasing Rae Coy Clothing is considered used and is not eligible for return or exchange. This policy applies regardless of the length of wear or condition of the item after filming or photography.
Refunds
Approved returns will be issued back to original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Rae Coy Clothing is not responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the item so we can make it right.
